Samantha Warner has been a qualified and practicing naturopath for 19 years. Sam is qualified in Nutrition, Herbal medicine, Homeopathy, WA Wildflower essence therapy, Reiki, Sacred Geometry and Natural Fertility Management.
Sam has a special interest in women's health and fertility, pregnancy, postnatal and children's health, and food as medicine.
With a passion for teaching and sharing her knowledge Sam has spent many years teaching naturopaths about nutrition, food as medicine, philosophy, herbal medicine as well supervising student clinics, in all of the Perth schools of natural medicine.
Sam has been running De-stress and Detox retreats in Perth and Bali for the last 8 years.
Melita Kidd has been studying food, nutrition and natural therapies for 15 years. She has a passion for making healthy food delicious and her favourite things to make at the moment are raw desserts. Melita had completed many courses in raw food making including: smoothies, raw chocolate, and even a green smoothie retreat in Thailand!
Melita is in her third and final year of a Bachelor of Health Science: Nutritional Medicine at Endeavour College of Natural Health where she is practicing in the student clinic. She is also completing a Raw Nutrition certification course by David Wolfe and has a website called www.superfoodsister.com.
Rachel Gill is a hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher, having completed her 500 hour teacher training in 2012. Rachel has taught yoga and meditation at home and overseas and her classes cater for all levels, from seasoned yogi to fresh-faced beginner. Rachel is a writer, a lover of good food and is working her way toward becoming a Holistic Nutritionist. If she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her running around with her dogs, writing the day away with a cuppa in hand, or teaching classes at various locations around Melbourne. Rachel also runs a blog (rachelmarieyoga.wordpress.com), which is full of yoga related content, nutrition advice, recipes and lifestyle tips to take yoga off the mat and into your everyday life.
